beargibson3100, 2024-11-02The camera often goes offline. I thought it was my internet connection but the camera is impossible to reconnect. It either does not get tot he wifi either manually or via the qr code orthe app times out when it finally does connect. I am disgusted with this process. Wasted many hours of my life following all instructions....I'm done! Time for a new camera!

Staci Greenberg, 2024-07-19NexHT is a much better app than the rebranded UGO app! The last update for UGO lost all my video & the new interface is horrible. Plus check after updating, that your security cams are running. I suggest don't update. UGO uses GMT, good luck getting the time correct so if you're set to run 24 hrs, the cam & cloud we pay for to capture 24 hrs., the best I can get is 18 hrs. I've reached out to support, they're nonresponsive! Time to invest in a new brand of security cams!!!
