UPDATE under camera settings there is no moment notification or motion notification and there's nothing called smart push. Either way I get notifications but when I click a notification I am not taken to the app. The notification only clears. Why.....? I haven't opened the app all day and my notifications only go back an hour and a half.... why? Why when I click on a notification doesn't the app open? Why? Very frustrating.

Was great but now since the tmobile android 6.1 update on my year old galaxy s23, the app is very Clichy. Sometime freezing, All the time now when I view some of my cameras in landscape the image will not go back into portrait whether I press the back button or turn my phone. The app used to do these things. It also will not save my last view as I turn off that specific camera. Android 6.1 has been out now long enough to get an updated version of the netview app. I am a 6 year user.

App works great. There were some issues initially until an update appeared to smooth things out. Easy to use. We have two cameras linked to the app. It allows you to control a light on the camera, an alarm to chase away squirrels or other undesirables, and a microphone. There are a lot of useful settings like video length, time of day for the camera to operate, motion detection sensitivity, and types of motion to detect. Also doubles as a decent security camera.

The Netvue app works great! We have a Birdfy Pro bird feeder. Connectivity is good, super easy setup, easy to share pictures and videos with others. You can also allow access to your camera securely to family or friends. You can easily adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection or turn off notifications. It has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend

The app is exceptionally buggy and missing some obvious features: 1. When a motion alert is received, tapping the alert should go to the video; instead, one must open the app and locate the video manually. 2. There should also be a function to snooze alerts for a period of time. 3. If you disable alerts, the app demands they be reenabled before allowing one to do anything else. The camera is excellent. It is time for Netvue to invest in updating the app to the same level of quality.

Undo whatever was done to push notifications and playback. App used to be awesome at notifying when motion was detected 75 to 100 feet away. Now it does good to notify you if it detects anything 2 feet away from it with the sensitivity turned all the way up. Playback used the load in a few seconds. Now it takes so long that if you needed to see what was outside, you better open it up the day before so it'll be loaded in time

Updated Review: After uninstalling and reinstalling several times, the app now magically works. It is still as unresponsive as it was prior to its most recent update, but this camera is all I have until I order something better. So, I'm stuck with it for now. 60% of the time I open the app, it's in a constant state of loading, so I have to clear it out and reopen it. Even then, it still doesn't work. Just..Fix it. Please.

As I'm seeing in Lots of reviews - Motion Detection does not work, Human Detection Notifications to phone do not work. (Subscribed, but not for long). I Have completely removed everything and started from scratch and still nothing. I'm on a free Video recording trial for one month, won't be continuing when the month is up. It is recording 24/7 - If I go to the app I can see the recordings + in app notifications of a car driving past, but If I go and stand in front of the camera..nothing! Useless

Ever since the recent update I cannot access my cans while on wifi. I need to turn off the wifi to see them on my carriers data which can cause me to have overage. Their support team was absolutely no help to me. I asked if I could roll back to a previous version and they said they would get back to me. That was close to a week ago with no response. Other than that and prior to that everything was great I had nothing but good things to say. when it comes to security of my home, it's important.

I don't know what happened, but I cannot view my camera and it sucks! The minute I log in the logo pops up and it automatically crashes. I send a report and I try to restart the app without using my Wi-Fi and use it on mobile data, that works for a few days, and now it is not working at all. I just uninstalled the app. I'm going to try that. But I use that camera and with it down and not working, it poses a risk!!!! FIX IT ASAP!!!!
