I deactivated my old SIM through the Lebara app, thinking I could easily get a new one starting with 057. But at the store, they said I’d have to wait a month for a new SIM. When I tried to reactivate my old one, I got an ‘Invalid ICCID or PUK’ error. It's frustrating to wait so long for a simple request. Lebara should make getting a new SIM easier. |

Why do you guys only send SMS in Arabic and not in English, How do I read and understand what it being sent to me or know what is happening? This network provider needs to understand that is not everyone that understand the Arabic. Please try and upgrade like the other networks. |
