I didn't experience a good experience I keep getting money stolen and my car is stolen and I'm waiting for a new one and it was supposed to be here today and it's not

I should have been closed my account here and will be soon! Y'all always block my direct deposit and blame it on my jobs payroll. I know when payroll is put in every week/biweekly but it NEVER EVER is in my account on time! It just randomly lets me know it's in or I just have to check because I get no anytime alerts, then the balance is available. The system sucks; it's always something with y'all. I've had this account for almost 9yrs now & have nothing good to say about it. Still waiting
