Maybe it's just me, but I can't get through the tutorial because it's so long, drawn out and becomes so monotonous that its gut wrenching for me to deal with. I've never had this reaction to a game, but I've tried twice now a month apart. There's so much gd clicking to just get a small bit of storyline or information. People my age are going to have carpal tunnel after they finish the tutorial. Too much clicking to do everything. It could be cut in half.

I've been playing the game since release and I loved it for the longest time. I honestly think I've finally had enough though. The drop rates on any of the new heroes are abysmal. This event and the last event I pulled more than 30 multi draws and got a single ssr character. And it wasn't even featured. It just feels like anymore I'm wasting my time and money with nothing really to show for it. Idk how you guys can fix it but if you can I would love you still play this game.

I'm a returning player and took a 2 year hiatus from the game... with that being said I love this game(anime), the graphics/animations, the mechanics (mostly), and the characters. it's top tier in comparison to the many to most other lookalikes. However due to the break I missed a lot of festival characters that are 100% necessary for most content and the infrequent rotations of said BROKEN characters a lot of content is un-accessable to myself and others. Don't get me started on PVP (P2W)...
