Can't login anymore. It give a message that the login hase timed out and to reboot the router. Tried rebooting and still get the message. Not sure what happened to this App, it used to be good. I have contacted the company to get a solution but have not heard a word from them. Customer support is non existent with this company. When it is time to replace my router I will not go with Nighthawk again. It has been two years and several updates, yet the problem still exists. Replaced my router.

Can't unblock a known weak encrypted website for anything within the Armor paid service. Keeps failing and freezing the app. Beyond aggravating getting notifications for the same thing constantly. Edit 11/23/24 App works a lot faster and doesn't crash/freeze, but issue is still there. Unblock 1 specific query and it doesn't work and continuously gives the notification and blocks the action. Router and subscription will be going in the garbage soon.

I have had mine for a year and it was on the moderately higher scale at purchase but at this present moment my mesh router of course is outdated and I don't have access to settings I wish I had. Wish there was a way i could download software that would keep it resourceful. Considering the need to purchase another router is disappointing.
