2024-12-17 | Ninjago guy | Sonic Dash is a fantastic endless runner game that perfectly captures the high-speed thrill and charm of the Sonic franchise. Developed by SEGA, the game features vibrant graphics, engaging gameplay, and a variety of characters that keep it exciting and fun. The gameplay is smooth and responsive, allowing players to dash, jump, and spin their way through colorful environments inspired by Sonic's iconic universe. The levels are packed with obstacles, enemies, and collectible
2024-11-27 | Eoin Garry | I love this game, especially with it's ad and microtransaction free tags, but I can't rate it 5 stars because of how the progression and unlock of characters work. I think a simple change would just be to switch to how the normal sonic dash works with cards. It would make the game way better and I'd gladly change this review to 5. (And also add the new gameplay mechanics brought into sonic dash quite recently please). Other than that, good game.
2024-11-18 | Darren | An enjoyable game with gr8 colourful graphics but i'd expect nothing less from a Sonic game! This game takes me back about 36 years because that's when i started buying & collecting consoles & games. The Dreamcast is obviously my favourite & the best technological SEGA console to date & i can't wait for their next hardware venture coming soon! It's great to play a Sonic game on my phone & because it's through my Netflix account, i'm not constantly bombarded with *annoying *lying ads!!!
2024-10-26 | Zackary “Cheez-It Muncher” Arnesen | This is probably THE BEST way to play Sonic Dash. The extra content from Sonic Prime, as well as there being no ads and no in-app purchases unlike the non-Netflix version, this makes for the definitive Sonic endless runner experience, and a must-play for any fans of the blue blur that have a Netflix subscription.
2024-10-16 | Lyke Silver | This is the Sonic Dash from my childhood! Although you need a Netflix account to play this, you have benefit of playing this game with no ads or microtransactions, which I sincerely hope it stays that way. The only thing I wish they could adapt from the other version is to give more rewards in the QTE minigame when you hit the springs per directional swipe so I could possibly get more red rings and gems faster. Also don't know if I just haven't encounter him yet, but I hope Silver is in this.
2024-09-27 | Quo Denied | It's Sonic Dash, but the definitive addition. There are no ads and the entry screen looks more refined. It doesn't seem to have all the characters as the original, but I'm sure more will appear over time. At the time of this post, they just started the event for the character: Infinite. After completing the tutorial, they give you three characters from Sonic Prime. It requires a Netflix subscription, but so far, I am enjoying this version.
2024-08-14 | Thaddeus Kindell | Way better than regular sonic dash. There is an event tonunlock a new character every week, and you can use red coins to buy anything you want from the store! No real money purchases here. This version uses the character coins, which is great! You have to collect more of them per character unlock, but they also appear more frequently on the track. With no clickable ads or pop-up ads, this is great for my kids, too.
2024-07-21 | Cyan Hahn | Used to have this at a 5 star review because the gameplay was completely worth it. It's just a better version of the MTX-heavy, pay-to-win Sonic Dash. The reason it's dropped down to a 1 is because after so much time invested, Netflix just deleted my save data. Know that if you get invested in this game, your save data could go away at any point through no fault of your own. Months of progress, lost. I'm never touching this game again.
2024-07-19 | James Williams | Honestly this version is the definitive version of the game. Sure the non Netflix version may have more characters but they're nearly impossible to unlock. This game has 0 ads, 0 micro transactions and enough character variety to keep the game visually appealing. I'd rather it be a slow trickle of characters than to be constantly bombarded with new ones I know I'd never be able to unlock like the other version. Plus, this one uses the token system still which I love!
2024-07-07 | Catherine Denton | This game is awesome 👍 because even though you're doing the same thing over and over again they give you different missions and you get to unlock different zones . And you get to unlock different characters after completing zones and through events. But the best thing of all is that you don't have to actually pay for anything with real money! Instead they give you gold rings red star rings and diamonds. I would even say this is one of my favorite games because of that. 😃 |
