Trying to do too many things results in a lame app. I use it for a BTicino doorbell: you cannot change their awful jingle NO MATTER what you change in the tens of notifications (I tried them all), once it starts you CANNOT MUTE it like any other call, I have to lower the volume to zero every time, if you want to just open the door you are forced to open the video stream anyway, just to name some of the annoyances. The previous app was way more functional. | |

I have a few cameras, if I want to see what happened for one camera a few days ago, I have to scroll back through history for 10 minutes to find the event. Being able to filter down to a time or date and to camera is a really basic feature to be expected in any security camera. Please deliver this. | |
2024-05-16 | Patrick Toonen | Door panel looses connection every week or so, two if I'm lucky. Have to reset the doorbell to get a change of manually setting up wifi again. And during that tedious wizard I have to choose a new name for the home location, since It moans the current name is already in use. But there is no UI to see or remove those previously registered names! Am I filling up some hidden database, will I hit a limit at some point? What a joke. Oh, the "Rate us" in the settings doesn't work. Gee I wonder why. | |
2024-03-14 | marc langford | The old app was fantastic and had been using it for years without issue. The new interface is no where near as good. Having the different screens for live and recorded is no where near as functional. Also if I'm listening to a recorded video and close the app the sound still goes. Closing it should kill the app all together - you should not need to pause the video! Downgraded rating from 5* to 2* | |
2024-02-18 | Colin Keane | Have been using the outdoor camera for a couple of years with no real issues. Decided to add the indoor camera with siren and smart door/window sensors as I'm leaving for 3 weeks. Camera was ok to set up but the sensors and siren will not connect. Tells me I need a firmware update when trying to set up Siren (despite the camera telling me it has the latest firmware) and the sensors won't even tell me what the issue is, other than an option to retry, over and over again. incredibly frustrating. | |

As I bought all the set (bticino, at the top price among competitive products) to remotely monitor and open my doors, this is a disaster. very disappointing... |
