| 2024-11-28 |  | | This works and the device associated with it was fairly cheap so it is decent value. Setup took a multiple attempts but did eventually work. I like how I can check the current activity and humidity and control it from next door. My only disappointment was that the highest "target" humidity is 70 so it turns on at 65. I bought this for tropical plants so I need it to stay between 70-80, 65 is too low. This means I have to monitor it manually which is a pain. |

It's a humidifier.... you don't need to inisit on having an account, my precise location, notifications, home wifi and bluetooth to simply function. (Not enabling these, the app refuses to work.) Why do you need all this data.... (and my time) Giving it 1 star; because most won't even upstand why this is an issue, and bad for the consumer. |

| 2024-03-09 |  | | Don't work server alway busy so can't sign up, so can't control the humidifier from the app. Only bought the Clevast humidifier because it advertised app control . Will be sending it back. |
| 2023-12-08 |  | | The last update removed the heat level setting feature for my space heater. That's a major downgrade. My primary reasons for choosing the heater was the option for three heat levels and the ability to operate all the features remotely. Please put that feature back! |
