2024-09-23 | Uriel de la cruz | Average earnings per trip is 7-10 Dollars, more than other apps but for the most of the trips you have to place orders and a lot of them don't take orders over the phone so on average you take 10mins to get there, 10-15mins to places &get the orders and 10-15mins to get to the final destination.if you think about it, is it cost effective and at least making minimum liveable wage. when I downloaded the app, it said that declining deliveries wouldn't be counted against the runner but then they...
2024-09-21 | Zuyen Tran | You can't have your phone connected to Bluetooth or carplay or android auto because the notifications for the orders don't come through and your acceptance rate will go down and make your rating down and you miss the whole point of using the app. You can't use smart watch, Bluetooth speakers, airpods, earbuds or anything Bluetooth. Everyone uses Bluetooth. It doesn't make sense.
2024-06-04 | Rada Patada | This app is great when it works. But when it doesn't, it doesn't. Support is hard to get a hold of since they have no number to call, and the email queue is abysmally slow. This is the only delivery app I know of that has critical errors to the degree where you can't even log back in to log out and turn off the notifications from being annoying. Their technical team really needs to step it up, then this app will be perfect.
2023-12-10 | Matthew Bice | I have not received notifications for the customers text messages since the switch to in app texting. It's extremely detrimental. I now check my messages when I arrive at the store, before I leave, and when I pull up to the customer's place. It adds time to my run because fumbling through the app is slow. There has been a couple of times that I haven't received a message and see it when I pull up to their place. Go back to the old messaging system. It's much more reliable.
2023-09-15 | Aiden Ziur | App was great to start with!... App was functioning fine, the timer was too short to respond to accept the favor, but manageable, then after the last update the it wouldn't give you a chance to even make a choice and would automatically decline the favor and started to affect my acceptance rating drastically. Contacted several favor employees who aren't helpful nor will guide me to the people who can. This issue needs to be resolved.
2023-05-26 | Danna Molina | The whataburger fleet orders never say when the customer's expected delivery is. It also doesn't say when the order is expected to be ready. It causes a lot of wasted time and IDK if I'm late on a delivery or not. Plus, you have to do more work for favor than for other apps and you make less money. Runners have to place the order, pick up, and deliver and usually people don't tip so you only make $4.10 per delivery.
2023-02-09 | K. Robins | The app experience is better than another delivery service I used. Customer service is ready, available, and responsive. However, No one has time to constantly looking at their phone Especially when they are driving. Favor definitely needs some type of tone indicator when a favor is offered. I just had two favors pass me by in a matter of 2 min. because I didn't see the favors pop up. Also, give people time to look at the orders to determine time and distance.
2023-01-14 | Jeremy Hilton | Really easy and simple money in your neighborhood, especially if you have HEB curbside for the fleet orders. The downside is the app and technical support are very very hard get working properly. I had a shopping order at McDonald's and a few of the items differentiated and the app would not complete the order even though I contacted the customer, delivered it and they were happy. The app had a bug in it so I didn't get paid for that order, even though HEB did, Favor did ... horrible!
2021-07-30 | Koko Black | Waste of time. Do yourself a "favor" and skip this gig. In San Antonio the zones are huge and you may end up driving 15-20 min both directions. If they don't tip you you get nothing but $2. I drove 30 minutes to get to a restaurant and found out it was closed. I got $0. If customers placed the order first it would save a lot of trouble. As it is the runner has to place the order and pick it up. The app itself is not user-friendly at all, the scheduling is really weird and glitchy. Pass!
2021-06-23 | Tyreeyana | Been working for a year now it's great but I think there's something wrong with the app lately. For the past few weeks I would be active for hours and not assigned any favors. To make things more confusing, there would be moments where I accept a favor but it gets reassigned afterwards. Other than that it's a good job! On another note: Please keep up the promos it helps the drivers a ton whenever there is slow days :) |
