Document upload seems to fail, but you are pushed to subsequent steps, only to then be prompted again and again to go back to step 1 and upload your document. Ultimately, it works and earns 2* for being (barely) functional. |

| 2024-11-27 |  | | It's good that digital authentication is finally possible in medieval Germany. But the procedure is overly complex. Therefore, I found the user experience extremely bad and annoying. I needed to provide personal data, like name and birthdate etc., then pictures of the card, the card's PIN and finally read the NFC chip of that card. At least the photo session is redundant. Now, when reading the NFC fails the times I'm forced to start the complete! procedure from scratch! |
