I've got problems on my last order. My first problem and my first complaint. Support team promised skip credits. when I contact support to inquire about the credits I got blocked! unbelievable customer service, completely disappointed. Luckily there's competitors and the competitors take better care of their customers. December 15th, 2024...other terrible experience, and still very bad customer support.

I wasn't impressed when the app doesn't send a order to a restaurant for pickup resulting in the restaurant not receiving the order and I have to cancel that order. Especially when it was a glitch on the app to begin with. Customer service took care of my issue. 14/12/24 Update- I have received my refund from skip very quickly. The issue that I with the app recently should be taken into consideration as if any other skip user experience the situation similar to me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When requiring to adjust the timing of an order when you cancel, they keep your payment. So you better not mess it up! $100 gone! Just like that! Trying to call customer service.. Oh its only chat. This is a terrible way for customer service. Especially for the restaurant side, it's even worse trying to get any sort of quick response from anyone. It better not be an urgent matter. They will get to you.. Eventually! Days to weeks later. Disappointing! 0/10!

Skip delivery can take a long time, resulting in cold food. The message "we've got a lot on our plate" is common, and I've had orders that were never picked up from the restaurant. With the recent addition of a $9.99/month "membership" and loss of grocery express, this app is not worth it. The direction it has decided to go is not worth the fees or the tips. Be aware that restaurants often charge more on skip. I do not recommend.

I stopped using delivery apps for about 4 months, but I went back to skip today and the fees have increased a lot, plus I get all these weird offers after placing an order that seem super sketchy. Like if it was 1, I wouldn't be annoyed, however, I got a series of 6 or 7 promo pop-up offers for random stuff I've never heard of. No thanks.

I really love to order food from Skip when I don't feel like cooking, It's practical, and I love that some restaurants give u free items when u spend a certain amount of money. What I really hate are the drivers, I can see when they pick up the food and start driving around to make time to steal items of my food, it's been few times already and I thought this just happened with Uber eats that's why I moved to SkipTheDishes but I was sadly wrong. Be at the door to check your order! ¡Hating it!

Probably should have skipped it. If you like waiting more than an hour for your food this is the app for you! But you must be wondering if this is some grumbly man who had 1 bad experience then let me tell you a story. I've been trying the skip+ for 2 weeks now and every order, not 1 or two, about a dozen never come under 1 hour and 2 went so long I contacted support to have them switch to a pickup, support gets a 10/10 I will give them that.

Absolutely the worst service out there. No customer support and no option to cancel. Just go with Door dash or walk to the restaurant because it will be at least 60 minutes faster than Skip. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I have also collected many customer support transcripts to prove the nonsense they call service.

I'm not using this service anymore. Delivery is terrible even when it actually makes it one piece. Customer service is a joke. I've had problem after problem with skip the dishes. My pizza was dropped off outside in the snow. When I contacted customer service they offered to refund me for my item. They refunded me 19.95 but the order cost me $50. When I asked them to refund me for the full amount they ended the chat.

Update: 2 stars. Why so many promo ads after you order... --- 3 stars: The support has changed a lot so that even if reataurants have items missing from your order, skip will not refund you anymore. I dont know what changed this year but there needs to be increased accountability with the restaurants, skip, and the delivery person. Whatever happened to the missing item/s, at the end of the day, the item is missing, and I should be refunded for that/those item/s. If only other apps had more drive
