| 2024-10-17 |  | | Glitches quite often and doesn't work. Fo r example, in the middle of watching cold justice, screen goes black and "something went wrong. Try again," comes up on screen. That started over an hour ago, still doesn't work. Restarted phone, logged out and back in, uninstalled then reinstalled app. App still won't work and this is by far NOT the first time it's happened. |

Signed in and out, unlinked and relinked my cable provider and unstalled and reinstalled the app, same conclusion. This needs to be fixed or I'm just going to deleted it permanently! 3/1/2023 They fixed all bugs and kinks and now it works great! Glad I gave it another chance and reinstalled. |

The app has no way to filter for shows that are unlocked, so you can either use the 3 credits given initially and then you're done, or you can sign up for a TV provider, spending $70+ a month. There is no way to buy credits and literally every show listed is locked. Why not just say in the app description that you have to have a TV provider instead of wasting our time? It'll be a long time before I watch anything from NBC on any platform. |

Now it has taken my TV provider off and when I try to connect to it from my fire stick it just shows a blank white screen and that's it. Since I can't connect to TV provider for the past month now I have missed so many of my favorite shows. With these simple issues fixed I would def give it a 5. |

On the very rare occasion that it actually allows me to connect to my TV provider, I get through one or two episodes before it buffers or just shuts down completely. But usually I cant even get it to connect because if it recognizes my info, it still takes me to the screen and says everything is locked. But more times than not it says error, try again later. I've cleared data, cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled..all the things. NOTHING! |
| 2022-01-27 |  | | Revised from 5 to 1. I enjoy, rather I enjoyed the content. Unfortunately I too am getting the 3 loading dots now and nothing more. I tried going in to the app settings, deleting the cache and data, un-installing, re-installing, force closing, and restarting my phone to no avail. If there's a fix that I didn't list it'd sure be nice to recieve a reply telling myself and the many other users what it is. |

Ugh just not enjoyable to watch at all. I'm signed in with a provider why tf do I need that many ads for a 30 minute show. Turned it off after i saw all the ads and I couldn't keep the show up while I checked the weather real quick. Redundant shows anyway. OH & THERES NO DESCRIPTION FOR EPISODES. FUN! |

So I try a different show, and it says the same thing. Now I can't even watch anything. I've logged out, and logged back in, and still not working. I unlinked my TV provider, then linked again, and that didn't work either. |

Anytime I click on a show it just keeps buffering with the 3 dots. Its not frozen and I even use my Wi-Fi at home and data to see maybe if that was the case, but it isn't on my end. Something is buggy with the app. Anyone else have this issue? |

It's very hit or miss with being able to watch a show, sometimes it will load, sometimes it will buffer forever, and sometimes it will say there is an error with the playback. If you can actually watch a show, once you get towards the end, it will start skipping and you can miss big chunks of it. It feels like you're having a stroke trying to watch it the way it skips. If they would get that stuff fixed, I'd definitely give more stars |
