Very limited functions on this app. Video playback is horrible. It's missing double tap to skip ahead/rewind. Fullscreen mode only crops the video to the middle. No search by keywords. No video timestamps on what's coming next. Just copy YouTube's player and you're good.

I just want the basic stuff - I don't want all the graphics, etc. I went into manual mode so that I could see the stats as I ride. I clicked into "settings." Unbelievable you can't get out of that screen when you're finished. You have to quit the app and then go back in. You can't call them for support. Also, on their voice greeting (which hangs up on you), they refer to problems as "issues." Dumb.

I downloaded the app because I paid out $2,000 for a premium treadmill, which I'm happy with. The app is subpar for a higher end machine, though. It can't link to any other health apps except Apple Health? That is quite disappointing. The treadmill has an integrated Android tablet! This needs to get additional integrations or I won't likely continue with the premium membership after my trial is up. Update: No additional integrations in 4 months. Reducing a star. It's just not good enough.

There are some great trainers and workouts on this app. But it's not super organized and needs more detail in the descriptions regarding the types of exercises and the equipment needed. Also it would be great if you could add notes to the workouts you've done and sort them into categories. But overall, I highly recommend this. It has really pushed me out of my comfort zone in great ways.

Occasionally had issues with Bluetooth connection to the bike and hr monitor but just needed a couple restarts. The workouts are great and love how they calibrate recommendations to my current level. First year was free but I think it's worth keeping it. It feels good to see my progress when I'm consistent with using it. Biggest requests would be to cast it to my TV and have the motion tracking option on my phone.

It's super frustrating, most workouts I try to do I'm apparently not allowed to do because I'm on my phone and not a tablet. The workouts themselves are pretty good but the app lacks polish and a lot of features that one would expect from a paid membership. As it stands it feels like Bowflex hired a team of cheap developers from eastern Europe. You get want you pay for Bowflex, you went with cheap developers and ended up with a cheap app.

Freezes resets miles nice if it would work. Still have a free trial for a total of a year. This is month 10 I've used it 2-3x a week since I got the bike. It updates almost every time I try to use it takes 5 minutes....75 percent of my workouts it restarts after 5 minutes. So frustrating when I'm just about done warming up. Multiple updates and nothing's fixed. Not worth the subscription when I have to pay. Not renewing!

Some notes: 1. Make videos downloadable. I live in BFE and we have a whopping top speed of 3Mbps.There are ways to make downloaded videos inaccessible w/out membership. 2. Smart TV apps would be appreciated. Using the 552 dumbells, the app on mobile devices is too small. 3. Is there no synchronization between the app and equipment with monitors? I ask because it's been an hour and my c7 info still isn't in the app. If there is, make it faster and if not, make it so.

I've had my Bowflex M6 for almost a year. I never used the app and only did the basic workouts that are programmed into the machine. But its been about 10 months since I've had my machine so decided to check the app out. Holy cow, I shouldve used it from the beginning! I love the virtual coaches! They definitely give me that extra push and I feel like my workouts are so much more effective! Bluetooth can be tricky to connect but if I unplugg my M6 and plug it back in, that always works for me!

So far app is garbage, can't do anything with it as it won't connect to my C6 bike or heart monitor. Bluetooth icon is red and when I click to connect I get Permission not granted. Tried force stopping, uninstall/reinstall, and rebooting my device...nothing. Troubleshooting says make sure Bluetooth icon is blue (not red), but gives no info on what's wrong if it's red!! Left feedback on app so far no reply. So technically, right now, this is zero stars.
