This is the worst insurance company I have ever experienced. For one there customer service line tells me there are currently closed when it's past opening hours and it's not a holiday. Secondly they gave me a set price on my auto insurance and then when payment was due the price was doubled from what they said it was going to be. If I had a choice to pick no stars I would have but it doesn't give me that option.

They like to add on money to your bill without notifying you at all. Worst insurance company ever, go with the general or any other insurance provider. Would rate lower if I could

Laz Love, 2024-10-27This app rarely ever works. You can't even setup auto draft because it always gives you an error when you try. It finally said that auto draft setup was successful when I set it up last month. Come to find out, it was not successful and now I am charged a late penalty fee. There was no notification whatsoever that my auto draft was canceled or failed.
