2024-08-31 | Kelvin Johnson | Never got it to connect
2024-08-31 | Katie Cadena | Company refuses to honor their warranty. False advertising. Don't waste your money on their products.
2024-08-15 | Aaron G | Not worth it at all. Purchased to replace a camper radio and add bluetooth. Paired it all up and tested. Everything went well and sounded great. That's where it stopped. It would never connect again. Reset using the little button but never paired correctly again.
2023-10-31 | ronald ozel sr | I enjoy the convenience of having the app to operate my radio.
2023-10-16 | Lowery Griffith jr | Jensen was my first radio in my car so it's awesome 😎
2023-08-05 | dustin miller | Won't load. Can't use Bluetooth without app.
2023-05-20 | Chris Marescalco (scrid) | I like the app...no connection issues yet. However I would like to see an update for independent subwoofer volume control in the EQ section. As well as folder / album control whilst using the USB as a source. Looking foreward to P3 version.
2022-12-27 | Kent Jones | Worked fine for several months, then.....for last 5 days it won't load up. I try to open it but it won't. I know the Bluetooth is hooked up because I can play music and make phone calls. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no luck.
2022-11-07 | Gary Collins | Does not link up with the newer stereos waste of a downloaded app
2022-10-25 | Kenneth Barnes | I called the technical support department, and I was told to get a toothpick, or safety pin and stick the point into the small hole, right under the auxiliary port. I did and the radio reset itself. I then downloaded the app again, and it works. So now I know what to do in the event of another cutoff. I change my review, 1/2 star! I have to keep using the toothpick to reset the Bluetooth, so I just use my Bluetooth adapter. I guess what can I expect for $40.00? 10-24-2023 and it still sucks!! |
