| 2024-09-30 |  | | Subscribed to the yearly plan but i regret it as greatly as i can,the app JUST SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK,all it shows is a black screen upon launch,and nothing happens after that.Its very frustrating for a paid app to be behaving like this,and it has been a week since it's acting this way and no fix seems to be coming anytime soon,nor any type of communication from the developer.I would suggest to stay miles away from this app at all costs |

I have found a fix. Some regions have this vpn blocked. What you need to do is first connect a free VPN and then open this app. The app will start to work. You can then delete the free VPN and continue to use this app. I hope it helps to the other users. I'm giving three stars because of bugs in this app. It gets stuck while using. |

Working absolutely fine on my windows pc, but when i try to open after successfully logged in it only shows blank black screen on my Xiaomi phone with android 14 hyperos. Tried to contact with chat support and they know nothing. I only see black empty screen after waiting for some time it shows a toast message which says exception unavailable to connect to vpn sdk. No one helped resolve it. Very disappointed 😔. Not working even after giving all permissions from settings |

It was cheap but still I payed for it and was unable to use it at all then they locked my account for whatever reason, said i got refunded but I don't have any movements on my account then they send me messages requesting my id or whatever, the hell? i flagged them already and I'll update if the shady messages continue, like they say you get what you payed for and in my case I got absolutely nothing but time wasted. |

After verifying your information and your payment goes through, somehow your account gets flagged and then they ask you for a statement from your bank for no reason if you don't give it to them they will delete your account. The customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS VPN. Seems like they have SCAMMERS!!!! |
