Extremely confusing to navigate, often your changes are not saved and this includes skipping weeks, address changes, and meal selections. They'll tell you to kick rocks and deal with the aftermath of the app not saving these updates. Additionally half the time they'll send you meals different than what you selected and just shrug about it.

Tracking on this app has helped me keep track of my macros and nutrients. I have had issues for a while about the app taking water intake away when I leave the app and return. While annoying, I lived with it. The past two days, however, the app now deletes meals. How are customers supposed to keep using it if glitches like this happen? It's a pain.

The website specifically says; "Looking for an easy way to track your food intake while following a low FODMAP? Download the Trifecta app now to start logging your food and symptoms to stay on top of your health and wellness goals." (I literally cut and pasted that statement from the website.) I downloaded the app and there isn't a single area for symptoms. It's just a weight loss app that has nothing to do with FODMAPs. Thanks for false advertising!

I have been using the Trifecta app for over a month now to help maintain focus on my nutrition plan. The app is user friendly, straightforward, and easy to navigate. I also am able to easily use the app to update my orders and addresses, which is super helpful since I travel a lot for work. UPDATE: I have been using the app for over a year. Just starting another 90 day challenge because I enjoy the structure of these and the personal challenge. Logging my food intake daily keeps me focused.

Trifecta is a good app for tracking food intake, but the interface could be a little more user friendly. I like that you can customize your macros vs. just being stuck with the recommended settings (provided you upgrade to the paid version). Haven't used the workout part of the app much because it's primarily targeted at CrossFit people and I can't even begin to go there.

App isn't intuitive and to track macros you have to pay. There's loads of free apps that can do exactly that. If you accidentally add a meal or individual food twice, there's no way to delete it. Meals should have barcodes to make full use of the embedded barcode scanner on the app. First meal is really really good! Just the app sucks. Will only use it to track/manage my plan.

The food is pretty good so far (I'm in my first week) and the app is fairly convenient for managing meal subscription service. Food logging is easy enough, but there's not as much in the database as MyFitnessPal, and no way to log exercise without paying extra $ (and why would I pay for something MyFitnessPal does for free?). I wish there was a way to contact customer service embedded in the app.

I signed up two days ago, it confirms I am on the premium subscription with a 30 day free trial and everything is locked. TWO DAYS IN. And there is zero way to contact support. I reinstalled, tried to renew the subscription, did everything possible. If it's not fixed within the hour I am moving on to another company. This is BS. Not to mention there's like 0 way to log workouts or sync them. Actually, I am just done.

I'd say that, overall, this is a pretty solid app, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest thing is that the Trifecta food isn't in the app. I've heard that a barcode system is being worked out, and I hope it happens soon because this can be a bit tedious! The daily workouts don't work so well for beginners, and the instructions for how to do the exercises are behind a paywall, so I'd rather just find my own. It's fine, but not my favorite fitness app.

Writing this review based on the workout programming, I don't use the nutrition portion. Solid programming - I use it as part of my routine every week. I used to use their website too, sadly the workout page went away. Looking back through the app is useful, especially if I'm following a pattern of workouts for the week and I miss a few days, I can look back to see what I want to catch up on. Trifecta team - why are some days missing? You can't even search for them. I.e. 4/6-4/8/21 this week.
