| 2024-11-25 |  | | It said every plant was healthy. One of the main reasons I wanted the app was for the diagnostic/treatment part of it. I have sick bamboo ( turning yellow) and spider plant ( losing leaves and getting yellow spots on the leaves ) I was hoping that the app would help me with, yet it just kept telling me they were healthy. It is clearly inaccurate. Why pay for this? I did like other aspects of it, the care plan, watering schedule, ect.... |

It includes the MOST info I've seen yet in a plant app. Easy to use and transitions between pages quickly. Membership isn't an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend 👌 |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | This app has charged my account a years membership amount two months in a row. I canceled the subscription and two days later they charged my account again. I have notified the support team associated with the app as well as my banking institution. The practices are fraudulent and I have requested a refund for all money deducted from my account. Wish I had read the reviews before downloading the app. This is not a mistake on their part it is common practice. |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | Do not get this app! I tried to do the 3-day trial and was unable to cancel within that time. On day 3, I was able to cancel, but not till they debited my CC for over $90 CAD! They were quick to answer to offer me a lifetime membership for that amount, but have not responded to me since. This appears to be a bit scam. And I was unable to find a solution to my plant problem! If I could give zero stars, I would! |

When I went back into the app, the option to manage my subscription had disappeared. Seems like a scam, and I'll call my bank tomorrow. |

After 5 weekly charges, I got notified of being charged for premium. Started the cancel process again and same result. Then a few days later, I received an EMAIL message that my subscription was cancelled. I want ALL my money back! Unfortunately, these folks aren't interested in the business of customer service and/or refunding. |

So, issue resolved, which earns them a 2* rating instead of a 1*. Still don't recommend this app! Only the plant identification is free. Otherwise, you have to pay for a subscription - which ISN'T handled through Google Play. I do not recommend. |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | I've tried to use PlantIn a few times, but it always has pop-ups for an ad or subscribing. It has done this since day one of downloading. I've just wanted to take a pic of a funky leaf on one of my plants to see if it was sick or what, but it starts over or does something stupid. I'm not sure if you have to subscribe or if they have a free version, but the way it is at the moment, it's worthless. Although it could be a very good app. |

This app is definitely a scam. You cant cancel the subscription it keep directing you to another page but not to cancel. I demand you stop taking money out of my account and cancel this before further action be taken. |
| 2024-08-28 |  | | SCAM - DON'T DO IT! I just signed up on 08/28/2024 for a free 7 day trial and this app immediately charged $9.99 and then tried to charge $14.99 minutes later. Their email says "To avoid the first charge you should cancel before trial before 08/31/2024. The email titled "Information about your subscription" has a cancellation link but nothing happens. My password didn't work nor did the password that was assigned via email. I have not been able to even try the app. |
