Initially this app was the best but lately it has been deliveringwrong items & refusing to pick them up. I have 3 items lying around in my house for which I had requested return as they are wrong items. Delivery agent keeps coming & saying that he is unable to pick them up because it's the wrong item. But that's the reason I am trying to return them. This has happened 5 times now with the same items with no solution. The customer chat service is practically useless. They keep rescheduling return

The greatest app with the best shopping experience. Quick deliveries and immediate exchanges. Changing my review after almost 3 years of using the app. The current customer support and logistics is just horrible. The deliveries are unreliable. The experience to exchange a product is the worst right now. The delivery personnel will not even call but the app shows delivery attempt failed and then out of nowhere they will cancel the exchange/return request. It took them a month to collect my order

Worst experience of this app. I have placed my first order on Myntra and it got cancelled without any prior notice. When I contacted customer support, they are telling me that the order was cancelled as it was not in line with their policies pertaining to "Bulk Orders" and when I read their conditions of bulk orders, I realised that I haven't done any of that thing that my order fall in bulk orders category. Also, my first user coupon got wasted and they are unable to help in this situation.
