EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I used this app a long time ago and loved it but forgot about it over the years. Now I rediscover it only to find out it's been locked behind a corporate wall and made unaccessible to individual users! Why would you put such as extreme restriction on something so beneficial people?! Horrible choice developers!
So far, I've found this app incredibly helpful. It features various challenges, including casual mazes, memory tests, facial expression recognition, and balance exercises. Currently, there's a raffle for a $250 Amazon gift card—I'm hoping to win it! Overall, I give this app a thumbs up and highly recommend it.
When I told the app I was feeling anxious, it asked me to select the image that made me feel the most anxious. It then told me to think about times in the past when I was most anxious while staring at that image and watching a timer count up. I was supposed to sit on the screen until I felt calmer, but after 5 minutes and feeling way more anxious than before I exited out and saw I got no credit for the exercise. This app seems designed to trigger a panic attack or something. Sadistic.
