2024-12-06 | D berry | This app lets you put your chosen river, and river stage, on your phone's home screen. Love this feature.
2024-04-12 | Alan | Very useful. Best app for monitoring USGS gauges that I've been able to find.
2021-08-19 | Christopher Atchely | This app works great on my android but I cannot seem to find it for my apple.
2021-07-22 | HD | Great app to check on Tonto Creek flow, AZ. Has helped save us from getting flooded many times.
2021-04-10 | Mark Shrewsbury | Good app! As the NCOIC of a state Swift Water Rescue Team I use this app to keep track of the river gauges where we train and during flood conditions for response. I would like to see an update where the widget shows both the flow and stage at the same time. Also, it would be great to see the USGS water temperature data, where they have it, as well. Thanks and keep up the great work!
2021-03-31 | SRGross | Excellent, I use it often, as VP of local club, we use it alot, along with state gauges that are not on USCG.
2021-03-20 | Brad Griffis | I'm a kayak fisherman it puts me at ease to take as much risk out of my day as possible. Not able to open lately? Hoping it's back up soon. Thanks much.
2020-06-08 | Kristen Trevey | Really nice. I use it to monitor local sites for kayaking conditions. I see you're working on increasing viewable history, which will be nice, so I can compare flood to base levels. It would also be cool if we could see where flood stages are, or be able to add that to the axis ourselves. For example, major flooding on Waccamaw near Conway is stage 14'+. Moderate is 12–14' and so on. It would be cool if I could add that to my faves' y-axes. Great app, thank you!
2020-06-05 | KatoomRXC | Very smooth product, Shaina. I use the USGS site for fishing and this makes it accessible on the fly, so to speak. Their website displays historical flows. That would be useful here for judging whether current ones are abnormal. Thanks for a useful tool!
2020-04-29 | Cj Thelder | Simple, handy, easy to use, this is one of two pre-checks before deciding whatever to fish and, if so, where (the other is the weather). Not too technical. Just a clear picture of the river flows, which is all I need. |
