I recently port my number from VI to Airtel for 5G unlimited data, it's network run very smoothly for few days but now from past 1 week this network didn't last long, I have to watch my lectures on higher quality so that letters written on board are visible to me. It is showing 5G bars but not working properly, and my daily data pack gets over. I also raised a complaint on this app but nothing happened. I will recommend to use Jio 5G on this network.

THE SERVICE SUCKS here's why- I switched to airtel from jio due to the better tower connectivity in my area, the provider said that I'll be getting free unlimited data for a month but I didn't and the sim kept on showing that I need to recharge, I know mine is right as mine recharge was the same as one my friend got and hers has the 1month unlimited data. Their data packs are also not upto the mark, if you have to get airtel under any circumstances please don't!

Hello AIRTEL, it's a pathetic experience from my end regarding the HT Feature which you have moved from wynk to the Thanks app. The HT Service is a source of user delight and you guys have crushed it completely by only providing a limited number of songs in your database cutting it off from the song server completely. As a pm I'm really disappointed to see that how the pm/apm at ur place has taken the users just for granted, even the HT Screen UI isn't up to the mark , totally disgraceful!

I can't fetch my wifi details of connted devices when their are 4 to 5 devices are connected at a time. Right now I have 5 active connection when writing. But I don't no from past 20 to 25 days app is not showing any connected device or shows only 1 device connected. Also I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app 2 to 3 times. please check what is the issue. Because of this I can't manage my wifi and can't pause wifi of specific device. Which is important for me. Status show online.

Totally useless app! I have been trying to recharge my DTH connection and this app is not letting selection of any plans. Airtel may be the largest telecom operator in India, but their services are NOT user friendly. I am going to change my connection to some better DTH provider.

I had the worst experience with Airtel customer care. On Dec 2, I made a payment for a TV recharge, but it was never activated. I raised a complaint the same day, but despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The customer care team has been unresponsive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions. This kind of inefficiency is unacceptable. I trusted Airtel for reliable service, but this has been extremely frustrating. Highly disappointed with their lack of support!

There must be a option of merging and remove merge wifi connection bands in settings, as this is creating a huge problem and people are removing airtel connections. Both wifi have same name and it automatically shifts to 2.4 ghz which doesn't have fast transfer speeds if we want to use wireless file transfer between phone and a laptop.

worse app no feedback or contacting . theres strong connection , data is recharged then also videos buffer and cant download even small files. UI is worst. Edit- getting worse and worse the app and service is a bunch of horsesh***. Edit- my advice is to make a simple app that actually does its job and not leave stranded after charging money.
