| 2024-10-01 |  | | Only connect 1 of 5 times I grill. It just wont connect. Also rarely get temp from meat temp sensors. If I can get temp from the sensors, it is very delayed. So, useless. If u are getting the grill for this app and control of your grill, don't buy the grill. Grill is okay, but I bought because of these extra features that still don't work after over a year. |

| 2024-07-07 |  | | This app is really bad. The connection is fine, but the temps never update on their own. If you leave the app and go back in, the set temps reset. The range of temps in the app don't match the device (grill goes to max 500, app goes to 800). It's so close to being good. Its user friendly, just doesnt work. What a shame. |

Good luck getting notifications from your grill, in fact good luck keeping the app connected to your grill. One min it's there then before you know it, it's gone and the app can't find it even when standing right next to it. Feel taken for paying more for a feature that doesn't work. Hope they fixed it soon or start passing out refunds for a feature that doesn't work! |

I reinstalled the app and now it doesn't automatically find my grill (ZPG-7002C2E) and this new grill is not listed on the manual connection list. There the wireless capabilities of the unit are useless. When it was working, there were no basic audible alarms to indicate the temperature was close to being reached or even had been reached. No alarms for temp out of range |

Each time I have fought with the app. When it does work (which is hardly ever), it's way off from what the grill reads, it freezes, or just doesn't refresh AT ALL. This latest time I loaded it up, it was froze to the last settings I had it on. Lol. If you do want the grill, pay for the dumb one and do not buy the one with the wifi and Bluetooth. Totally my fault, but I should have done more research on the app. Grill is great! App is trash. |
| 2024-06-17 |  | | Worked for a while, then quits working every time I get out of bluetooth range. Shows that it is connected to the internet. But still won't work. Apparently, the company doesn't care about the WIFI feature. Like the grill, but would not buy again because of the poor WIFI ability. đŸ˜• |
| 2024-06-16 |  | | 1. The wifi connection in this app is VERY unstable. Even the Bluetooth communication is slow. 2. The user interface needs a LOT of work. There are too many things that are not intuitive. I am finding myself getting up and going to the grill because I can't make the adjustments I want in the app. Basically, Z Grills should fire their entire software team or contractor and get some real expertise. The upgrade to being wifi enabled costs about $200. As it stands, I feel I wasted that money. |
| 2024-06-16 |  | | The temperature shown in the app is at last 10 degrees off at all times. For a higher end smoker, this app is disappointing. Update: The app will no longer work at all. It doesn't even recognize the smoker. Complete trash. |
| 2024-06-10 |  | | It amazes me how bad a simple app can be, I have to keep closing and opening it to have an update of the temperature, after 1-2 minutes of waiting. The grill is also nothing special, overall completely disappointed. |
