I stuck to ulendo because it used Google maps so places I'm usually in were easy to find when ordering a ride. But I tried ordering a ride today and and I kept getting assigned drivers who were too far away, one ride even had a wrong number for the driver. Lost almost 30 minutes looking for a nearby driver so I'm done with this app

The app was working just find on my phone until recently, I updated it and every time I want to order it is stuck on the refresh page. Then I uninstalled it and installed it again and now I can't get past the enter the opt page. It keeps asking me for numerical options but the OTP being sent is the word ULENDO itself. Fix this bug or whatever error this is please.

The app has some inaccuracies in terms if locations on the map, but that's understandable. Is something being done about the fact the price indicated at the end of the trip is a lot more than the initialestimated price?The attitude of some drivers when they decide to use the route they know, which turns out to be longer, even if the app suggests something else. Doesn't make sense to me. And the customer service so far has been disappointing.

The app is good and has been helpful especially for places are not easily assessible. However, it would be a great idea to simply add a location by cordinates. Where if someone sent me their GPS location via Whatsapp I should be able to just add it as it is.

App is good. You may want to consider changing that preorder button to actually have words saying "Book in Advance" or "Pre-order" because that icon isn't descriptive enough to say what it does. I'm sure there'd be many more pre-order rides if that were the case because even I didn't know where to preorder from, and I assume it'd be the same for others. After not seeing a Pre-Order button, my initial thoughts were to tap Book Now and maybe the preorder button would show after, but no. Pls revise

The company's pool of drivers is great and keeps growing on a daily basis. As for the passengers or app downloads I feel the company is doing less or not much (advertisements, etc) in order to increase it's pool of passengers and number of downloads. Eventually they'll be too many drivers and not enough passengers. If the app downloads are at 100k+ (including repeated downloads) the company has approximately 60k to 80k passengers. In a cities of a Million plus (1,000,000+) smart phone users. 🤔

Lately, the application is not accurate enough location wise. There are times it's thrown my drivers kilometres off my location. Even neighborhoods apart. It's also miscalculating fares in terms of charges. Sometimes the approximate charge turns out K20/K30 less of what you end up paying. Fix these issues please

I had a wonderful experience with ulendo inconsistent and keeping time. Not forgetting the affordable prices my 3days in lsk has been amazing and very productive cause ulendo helped me get to every place I wanted to go. The most impressive thing why I have given 5 stars is because my mum forgot her purse in the cab the drivers are so trust worthy he definitely brought it back with everything untouched. Continue the excellent service . I don't regret cause I used 11 cabs for ulendo
