They gathered information and then sent a replacement WiFi stick & control board. Didn't solve issue. Added WiFi signal booster. 'Door Closed' issue remains. |

As well Google home can light up the light icon or turn off the icon in app. Orbit icon light stays lit even if light is off. It does turn it on or off. But no way of knowing what state it is in. This app could really beat out MyQ app. If only developers wished. Good luck developers. |

The app opens quickly, but then when you tap to open the device you want to use, you wait 20, 40, 60 seconds or more for the app to connect so you can actuate your garage door. This is still useful if you forgot to close the door and you're 50km away, but it's an excessive time to watch a spinning loading icon in 2023. Also, there's no way to set simple reminders, for example "hey, your garage door has been left open for ## minutes" so there that it's not up to the user to remember. |

VPN may cause install issues! Turn off VPN TEMPORARILY just during initial setup. Otherwise you will sit there ready to throw your phone and wifi stick. Went through advanced setup,connected to wifi stick though my wifi settings, connected to router. it willsay"connecting to server" switch wifi back to your router for internet |

You go through the settings on to quick connect, doesn't work then go to advanced Wi-Fi settings you follow the directions you connect to the Wi-Fi network it tells you to connect to and then when you go back to the app it says no internet connection and you can't proceed. Of course there's no internet connection I'm connected to the Wi-Fi of this little USB dongle. Extremely frustrating I've never been able to get it to set up. |

However when you try to close it via the app, the garage opener flashes and beeps loudly for 10 seconds before closing, as I'd the sensors are being tripped. I'm not sure if it's by design but it's loud and annoying for the neighbours. -1 star for that. Otherwise it is very basic. Cannot stop garage opener while opening or closing, cannot schedule, cannot put it in programming mode or adjust force. But I was aware which is why I'm not minusing. |
