Weather doesnt get updated, we need a way to change the typing keypad for messages. Very difficult to see the fonts. Need to change or bold the font.

The newer update has poor performance as it unabled some crucial applications. We're no longer can change wallpaper, remote camera shutter always failed, etc. It's like the company has gone idgaf with the app and the whole hiwatch/smartwatch environment

App isnt useful. Everytime I open the app I get a notification box, I can't accept the notification cause half the box isn't seen on screen so I have to cancel and deal with it popping up EVERYTIME. The app hardly sync's with my watch and I have to repeatedly set the notification settings. I can't figure out how to set my watch background either without the spinning button changing it every.single.time. and it's annoying I'm actually disappointed. I though this watch would be so much better..

My smart watch keeps disconnecting and I receive a notice that the app has a bug & to update it or reinstall. I have reinstalled this app 3 times and have gotten the same message about a bug in the app. What am I to do? Will HiWatch Pro work? I would rather pay a little to get a compatible AND working app.

This watch app is very good but sometimes it crashes and the app will not open for one day sometimes it didn't connect with watch or sometime connect but not all the function is working sometimes all the function work but the Dail do not work . I can't put my favourite photo in watch dail and it didn't store sleep data it step counting is also very bad first I reset my watch and connected with app then I started walking I counted 100. On last step 100 I see app and I see the step count is 250

I'm a xiaomi note 10s mobile phone user and I have a smartwatch device i8 pro max series. the problem is that cellphones and smartwatches often disconnect, the bluetooth connection is not stable. and I try to connect to another cellphone such as an iphone 13 pro max or reno 7 smartwatch can connect easily, can you help me to connect my cellphone with my smartwatch with a stable connection. thanks for your attention and help

Very worst app... It's been long since I've downloaded this app..but it's not responding...I've switched it off and on many times but still no change is seen.. When I'm trying it to open all the other applications are being hanged and some errors has been occured..regretting for this decision. How shall solve that problems...seems like Irrepairable. That's why I'm gonna delete it right now!!!

Pls your The app is very good overall , But since the last update which came out a few days ago . I cannot set a wallpaper from the gallery , exactly how others are defining it . But another thing now it stoped buffering and selects a pic , but then before it's starts downloading ( that 1 out of something ) it loads and then goes to the choose dial tab and that page goes blank and then if you press back the app crashes . This used to work fine in the previous update . Pls fix this , I need to pu

I download the app just fine. But when I went to register all I kept getting was "The network is not connected, please check whether the network is normal!". I even had my daughter try on her phone, same error. My network is just fine. My phone is on the wi-fi network at all times. I was able to pair my phone with the watch. It would be nice to be able to use app also.

It was working quite well until yesterday. After trying to connect the smart watch, the application showed crazy results of my performance. Impossible to fix the number of steps. Then, I decided to log out but now the application neither recognizes the password nor sends a message to restore it. I wouldn't like to uninstall the app for fixing the problem because I will lose all my records.
