However, the ads are annoying so I'm going to go pro. This is the best stop drinking app out there! Also, some kind of progress widget would be nice! The thing I've found most useful is the built in journal, I set my quit time to just before bed so I get a little reminder to reflect on my day. | |

Health benefits are quite accurate from what I know from elsewhere, which adds to the credibility. I have used it twice before, but relapsed (indeed would be great to have an option for relapses). Don't know how long will stay on course this time. I upgraded to the add-free version this time (for the price of one saved drink). | |

I think it's because of the record keeping it does along with the tips and the daily diary which is optional to use. There are other apps out there for quitting drinking but I like this one the best for it's design and simplicity! It was recommended to me and I highly recommend using it and sharing it with others! Only down side is that it has ads but I just ignore them.👍🏼👍🏼 | |

Only thing I would like to see improved is being able to reorder the purchases and having more milestones. It jumps from 1 month to 3 to 6 and so on, and I would appreciate having smaller increments. Hitting them makes me feel like I'm making progress and so when they're longer apart it become hard sometimes. | |

What I'd recommend is a 1 month break if you feel like drinking is taking a toll on you, but ofc I'm not a specialist or something. But I did suffer with it. I took one month sober and I'm fine. I drink a 33ml cider sometimes. Also, don't just do it by willpower, find the reasons you drink and wanna stop and find the true reasons behind what you wanna do. | |
