My main grip is with customer service. I've reported issues where I was charge and not refunded (3 total), and the 4th is when I asked for refund for multiple.charges because of a dysfunctional scooter and was only partially refunded, after I called. Why have a place to submit issues if they're not read, and when I bring an issue over the phone I'm not assisted well.

It's SO unclear which bikes need to be docked at a dock station and how to end rides. This makes these bikes very stressful and confusing to use. It's results in situations where you can't find anywhere to park and the app continues to charge. They should make it significantly more clear how to stop and ride and which bikes need to be parked at an actual DIVVY station. I would be using these bikes way more if this was not so stressful and confusing. It feels like they do this on purpose.

By far the worst product I've used. I tried to use a scooter. I had to select payment. Then I had to go to my profile and select a default payment. Then I checked it out again. Had to select payment again. Then a quiz. Then select payment again. Then wait for unlock. Then the scooter barely works, with the throttle being inconsistent Then docking doesn't work, even though the scooter turns off. Then support is useless. This app won't work, and will cost you money because it didn't work.

This app is a scam. The app is super confusing. It is not clear as to where you can use and you cannot. The customer service is not helpful either. There are several layer to talk to a person and they simply say you should have read the whole customer agreement before using the app. So, I suggest reading the full agreement before using this app. Otherwise you may lose your for a service you didn't receive and there is no way to get it back.

1. App is super buggy, often won't scan the bikes or scooters, ride with a friend option is confusing and often doesn't work right. 2. My wife accidently bought the annual pass for $130 (because of buggy app), after immediately canceling, and not using it once, we still got charged. After 2 months of arguing with Divvy/Lift (lift operates Divvy) they still won't answer simple questions, treat me with zero respect, and have refused to refund the charge.

Divvy bikes are the biggest ripoff. They make massive bank on hidden fees and misleading pricing. For example, $0.42/minute sounds cheap, right? Well if you go for an hour bc you can't find an approved place to park it, it'll cost you $30 (plus fees) to go a few miles in the city. An Uber is like half that for the same distance in way less time. If you reserve a bike for 10 minutes, they'll charge you for that as well, with no upfront disclosure. First and last time we'll use Divvy bikes.

"This bike is reserved" "This bike is unavailable" "This bike is locked for maintenance" I appreciate the rollout of this concept but service wise yikes. I think the idea is great but could use improvement. That being said the ride is nice, the map is convenient, and the interface is easy to use on the app. The bike usage/misuse and general city filth is most of my concern.

After about a 10/15 minute break (sitting with the bikes) it auto-stopped the ride and charged extra for not stopping the ride at a parking station. No option to extend the ride that I could see when I wasn't done with the bike. Super non-obvious how to finish the ride for a first time user. Expensive to use an E-bike. First time setup was pretty stupid - it made me scan the bike 4 times before it finally let me pay. Don't let people scan until everything is ready!

My experience was bad. Real bad. I rode the bike for 15 minutes and was trying to lock the bike but there was no dock or chain to lock it. I went to 3 stations and it was the same. Don't use this bikes. It's 40 degrees outside and i was looking for stations. I called customer service and they said drive another 30 minutes to find a good station. Really???? Never using this again.

App did not work, ended up using the kiosk instead. Can't get a day pass through the app. Saw several groups of people at the same dock struggling to get the app to work. Really hard to check dock availability because it always wants to show you docks near yourself rather than where you're going, map constantly zooms in and out, so annoying.
