I enjoy reading the different positive things it tells me and I really like being able to write my thoughts down about each one and it gets saved in journal with the date and time so I can go back and read what I was thinking)feeling on any particular day . Share option is cool to so I can post on Facebook and maybe it will help somebody else by reading it .
