2024-12-13 | Georgina Perez | The classes are not showing up in order. What happened with this app?
2024-11-12 | Denny Wallace | Lovely app whenever it works however I have been having such a hard time trying to sign in I've had to make 2 different accounts on the app Because it will not let me sign in using my phone It won't let me sign in if I create a new account using my barcode And I do not know my barcode by heart of course which makes it quite a hassle Because I must go to the front desk and ask for my barcode and by the time I do the front desk way they can already sign me in
2024-11-05 | kia brooks | Moves slow and sometimes won't let you check in.
2024-10-21 | Matthew Calder | No ability to add classes to calendar. Menu options could be made a lot easier to find.
2024-09-26 | Kim Szabo | This app is awful. Most of the time it doesn't show all the classes. You can only view one location at a time. I sure hope the club is better than the app
2024-07-29 | Nisey V | I constantly have trouble logging in... I've followed all the requirements for the password and it still gives the same prompt... I'm over it!!
2024-03-27 | DL M | If I could rate this app as a zero. I would. They changed the app so that I can no longer track my monthly personal trainers sessions. When contacting corporate headquarters, I was told to ask the manager at the club. This is not transparent. I pay for these sessions. I travel a lot and need to keep track of how many sessions I have remaining per month by month. I should be able to manage them myself. This is no reflection on the staff at my local club; they are wonderful.
2024-03-09 | John S-G | Check in wasn't working, but eventually had an employee show me what permissions to give it (why doesn't the app ask for these?). Generally clunky and shows the wrong classes for selected day unless you refresh. I've gotten used to its idiosyncrasies but really not a polished user experience at all.
2024-02-03 | Rachel Bevins | Poorly written & maintained. I am unable to get past the login in both the app and mobile web versions. My account does work on my laptop. If I try to use the mobile web version I can at least get to the Classes menu, however the Schedule flashes up and disappears. Not being able to get to the class schedule or my account at all on my phone adds a lot of points in the negative column in regards to even keeping a membership at this gym. There are lots more gyms to choose in my area, fortunately.
2024-01-09 | Sky Tilley | It's much better since the old reviews below, BUT, they did an update in November 2023, and now it defaults to the wrong club everytime as my home club. Can you all please fix this? Every time I go to look at classes it puts me in Alexandria, which I'm an not there, ever! .I'm sure you can fix it quickly, it's got to be just a little tweak. Thanks. |
