However, this morning, I cannot navigate the app without the constant full screen pop up to subscribe for a "plus" service they're selling. So, it seems the only way to make it permanently disappear is to either purchase it, or stop using the app altogether. I choose the latter. |

But you get signed out of your paid account and can't get back in without customer support and several emails back and forth. It's extremely difficult 😕 and frustrating. This app has a poor operating system. Be aware that you need to prove your purchases. You do need your natal chart for a complete view. I feel. That's extra. I do like the tarot and ruins teachings. This app has a lot of bugs. |

I had to get a new phone and when I redownloaded the app into my new phone, everything I had already purchased within the app, including the natal chart, was gone! Imo the paid version is rather pointless without the natal chart! I was just told to repurchase!! I will continue to be a cancelled subscription and not redownloaded until this is made right. 🫤 |

Even after paying, there are many features unavailable - birth chart, courses.... these are big things. Paying for a subscription isn't worth it without them, IMO |

I decided that I wanted to get moonly+ and I try to check it everyday but then to forget sometimes (notifications doesn't always work since I tend to swipe away) - I really wish there was a widget because it would just make it more perfect! If you have extra cash for things like this, fun and possibly useful app. If you're not readily able to spend money, then there will be limited access to the app and its features. Purchasing plus seemed to be necessary to use the app. |

A bigger headache than I have the time to deal with. That is the only thing I didn't like about the app tho. Very informative and pretty design. |

Being able to sample your product is one of the essential ways to getting a buyer... but all I get is a "daily affirmation" that does not change day to day, and the rest of those are locked as well. I'm not expecting it all to be free but a bit more access without immediately paywalling me would be nice. The piece looks decent nonetheless. |

Advertising "full access" for the monthly or yearly but you immediately have to pay $20 for the natal chart in order to actually get feedback of any kind beyond what was free. Not a big fan of the "sing-song" mantra recitals either but that's just a preference. Just don't try to pretend I'm getting actual access when I'm not, intentionally misleading Edit: no point in access without doing the natal chart. Just say it up front, sry |

I could stomach the lower monthly subscription cost but that initial payment didn't even seem to make more things available to me, and I'd have to pay an additional $20 for a birth chart reading to personalize anything. I already know my birth chart, but manually entering my info for free was not an option, unfortunately. This app is not worth it imo. |
