| 2024-11-09 |  | | Deleted after many years of use. I always enjoyed the classic, free collage templates. I think I even purchased some other template packs in the past. However, there is now an obnoxiously large watermark unless you pay $2 + VAT per month. I am tired of all these apps constantly pushing subscriptions. How many monthly expenses am I supposed to have in the end? |

If it isn't resolved, I'll be forced to discontinue and look for another platform. Not used to Squarespace lacking like this as I use several other services. update 6/4 - Have replied/updated support several times and this evening sent a screen recording. |

The app has issues (for example, the restore purchase issue mentioned above). I know Google can be a challenge to work with, but come on. If I pay for a year-long subscription, I expect that to function seamlessly throughout every place I use the biosite editor. Not ONLY on the app, which I stopped using because it's so buggy. |

Sometimes I can use the paid templates, sometimes I can't, and my subscription is good until June so it shouldn't be having any issues. It's getting really frustrating. - Update : restoring purchases fixed the issue sometimes, often it just showed "something went wrong" so I just let my subscription expire for now. The free templates are still cute though. |
| 2022-10-26 |  | | DO NOT GET THIS APP. Ive used this app for business advertising. I paid for Unfold +. just a few weeks ago my stories stopped downloading. I reached out to support, they had me speak to 7 different people. each person was telling me to do the same troubleshooting steps which i had already done and sent screenshots of. These agents werent reading the emails i was sending over and then tell me i would need to uninstall the app/ reinstall but i would lose all my data. Not worth the money AT ALL. |

I used to be able to see what it looked like before purchasing, and now it just takes me to purchase before showing. My card changed, so it canceled my subscription. It's been 5 months, I go back in, because I have a use for the app again, and it won't let me purchase again! And the restore purchases doesn't work. I'm annoyed. I can't do anything I need to do because it won't let me purchase again. |

I don't have $ to drop on yet ANOTHER service that charges monthly, especially one that I won't really use. This is a cool concept, but what uses do I have to pay for the premium and get my monies worth? Instagram story making? Not worth the money for me, they should include features for free and add an ads option if they really need that good coin. |

But immediately after I deleted this app my Pixel3 suddenly went into a reboot loop .. first time that's ever happened .. coincidence? 👀😕 .. got it to stop by getting between the reboots to just full shutdown .. caused me to panic for a bit tho... |
| 2020-05-11 |  | | This is the only app I'll use for my insta stories on my business account. I have the paid version and I love all the options it gives me. Multiple people have asked how I get my stories so pretty! The only thing I don't like is when I save a story and go back to it later, the alignment of text is always shifted making it harder to add to it later or copy a slide to make a new one. I also wish there were more texture options!! |

What I DON'T like is that you only get ONE free set and every other set you have to pay for. There are also limited stickers, which is very disappointing for an app of this caliber. I understand that they make money from us purchasing new styles, but I feel there there should be more free options. |
