Tutorials are available to help learn processes, and the interest paid on unused balances is competitive, but it does take a while to learn how to navigate the charts, some of which aren't easy to scroll down on using the phone and Desktop. The desktop version needs improvement. |

I lost all my money, albeit 40 bucks but still. Bad way for things to work. This is why I don't mess with stocks I'm done for good. Tried years ago. Public is better as far as I ever experienced. Not going to it, but that's my experience. Honestly the UI is confusing af. |

Edit: Since this review, I finally got the promotional credit. Except it doesn't work. Even tried depositing more money into the account to trigger the credit so it would work like it's supposed to. It doesn't. Moomoo is a scam plain and simple. I'll keep using USA based financial institutions for investing instead of Chinese scammers. |

In fact, when I initially signed up it was on the internet. Found out AFTER depositing I literally HAD to download this stupid app to even use my money. The cash sweeps program is not automatic after you sign up you apparently have to put your money into the account. I am afraid to do it, as it could lock my money in for longer. Bad! |

Unless you manually enter the price, the app correctly warns you that your price is higher than the last price for a security. Every time I selected "mid", the entered price was higher than the last price, especially after regular trading hours. I previously gave 5 stars and now I am moving my account to another platform, which has "last price" among other options. |

Even AFTER turning off all notifications, alerts, and blocking several phone numbers. If I wanted help getting started I would ask for it. If a person says they want to get a feel for things on the app before taking the plunge that doesnt mean KEEP PESTERING THEM. Uninstalled, good riddance. |
| 2023-08-23 |  | | I have been using Moomoo for multiple months, but there came a point where I removed all but $100 of my capital from the app. Reason being: numerous times my profit-taker order price limit was reached, but the order didn't fill, while simultaneously canceling my stop-loss order. So essentially you're left with no downside protection AND your limit order didn't fill. Aside from order execution issues it is an excellent resource for research, market updates, and learning. Plus free L2 NYSE data. |

Being able to learn the basics of trading and investing through the provided lessons is a good touch. But maybe dumbing it down a little and explaining all the abbreviations and lingo so the average person can catch on a little better. All the different references and how they interact or differ is mind blowing. Maybe some more cash or stock rewards would be nice. Otherwise it's been a good app. Thanks guys! |

It doesn't feel very honest to me finding the info I'm seeking is hard, such as how to deposit funds back to my bank account. Super easy to get your money on their site, just fishy. Im closing because I'm not comfortable with the interface, it's not organized for average people to understand. |
| 2022-02-04 |  | | Almost unusable. Unfortunately It's way too busy to easily find what you're looking for. I have a top device and the app studers, and won't load often. It's a fun premise but the execution is abismal. I have received 2 stocks and funded my account. I have had the app about 3 weeks and I can still only see one stock I now "own" but no statics will populate because the app is garbage. Very very unfortunate because it is a good idea. I'd really stay away until updates, but very frustrating still. |
