It's esim install and not working I remove sim on my iPhone and u want ro install in my samsung but its show error. After I send whatsapp his help line and complaint him he says me, one time remove its not Install again but not send me this warning in email when he send me esim activation. I have bad 👎 😔 experience with this company. Sorry but only money west any o e buy this sim. |

| 2024-11-04 |  | | AVOID!!! - It never connected once I reached my destination, despite following the (patchy) instruction guide several times. Reached out to the "24/7" support and I still haven't heard back a few days later. Ended up using a different eSIM provider which worked immediately without issue. I'll need to perform a chargeback to get my money back since there's no engagement from their support line. Edit: I already emailed that support address and haven't heard anything back from there either |

No credit amount was showed when followed a link in email to view the credit for an account that was somehow created after 9 months, which was showing only an eSIM plan that had been purchased and expired by 8 months ago. The instruction claims the unshown amount of credit will be applied if a purchase is made, which obviously should not be trusted. |

However, my cell phone screen turned to black after I tried to use it again. Only using few hours late, my phone turned to black screen. I thought it could be just small problem. Restart will fix this. No! No!No! My phone'mother board completed burned. This app did not let me install a new esim after I bought a new phone. I lost everything. Never never never use this again! ! ! |

Says plan is expired even after you top it up. Contacting them from the app doesn't do anything, no response... |
