2024-12-11 | Phil Parsonage | Excellent app. So simple & easy to use. Very reliable too. Great service from moneyfarm.
2024-09-11 | George Solomons | Blocked from accessing my account with this company without warning. Told to fill out a questionnaire or I would no longer have access to my account ( My money!))
2024-08-22 | Samuele Cancellieri | Works perfectly fine. Fast, reliable, lot of options. Great app.
2024-07-12 | David Fox | Excellent easy to use App/investment tracker with lots of choice for your investments. Great company with excellent expertise and fantastic track record.
2024-07-04 | Guy Rintoul | Kept crashing at ID verification stage, despite clearing cache and storage, reinstalling app, logging out and in again, etc. Gave up and installed Nutmeg instead.
2024-06-20 | Michael Smith | Too many notifications, too little return. Now insists on 2FA because, obviously, their security isn't up to scratch. Disappointing.
2024-06-16 | Neil Moses | Found the app intuitive to use and provides all the key information without too much effort. Not so impressed with the ability to transfer funds into the Pension. After 2 attempts I'm about to give up and transfer the pension to another provider
2024-06-14 | James Kearslake | The UX is chaotic - options aren't where you expect them to be. Some things are buttons, others sideways slides, others scroll downs... it's messy and not thoroughly thought through ππ» half the performance graphs dont work, for example saying 'not enough information to return data' for one month of performance on an ETF that's been trading for over five years π and don't get me started on their 'Add funds' functionality. Hate the darn thing. Worst Investment platform I've ever used ππ»ππ»
2023-12-02 | Karl King | Everything was easy to set up, no issues with setting up, getting information or withdrawing my money. The bottom line though is that I lost 3% of my money in a year. I appreciate that's a snapshot, these are supposed to be longer term investments etc etc but I would have been better just doing nothing with my money. I've paid fees for absolutely nothing.
2023-08-27 | CRhodey | There has been absolutely zero evidence of any returns for the three years I've been using the app. It doesn't matter how user friendly the experience if portfolio growth is just significantly below base interest rates. (mine actually only ever went down) |
