2024-11-09 | Katelyn Nyangweso | It's a good app, only complaints I have are that you can't transfer/withdraw from your balance to a debit card, unless it's theirs I believe, and if you can then I have no idea how to because it's never been given as an option to me besides via a Skrill card. So I have to do it to a bank account and that is not instant. It takes hours which is better than nothing I guess but still a pain when you want the funds immediately | |

After using it more than 2 years, when you have funds in the account, they suddenly restrict your account for "verification", again, after 2 years, and the keep it blocked for months. Your money are gone, nobody is answering to any message, they just send from time to time an automatic message that you verification is in process, and this is taking months. Called customer service and resolved.. 2 hours later now I'm restricted total access from my account including any transfer in it out. So now I can't touch the 2 thousand dollars I put into the account. Absolutely ridiculous, Never putting my money here again, assuming I can even get it out.. | |

The app gives you the option of holding multiple currency in the account, loosing money when converting the money, but then you can't use them neither to pay by card, withdraw them, or even online. That's such a useless service to have. And when contacting customer service, they don't even give you the option to talk with a real person so you can properly explain the issue, they just "resolve" the problem by giving a completely different answer. When I can actually cash out from Luckyland etc, it's immediate, I don't have to wait for days to receive my winnings. The issue is that it's very rare that I'm actually afforded the option to cash out to my Skrill account. And when I can, it's usually only like 20 bucks. It could be an issue with Luckyland, sure, but it's one of their big selling points when you're looking at getting a Skrill card/account. | |

Then was sent an email asking why I wanted to use the app, who I was going to interact with, what my relationship was to them, etc - completely ridiculous and invasive for a money transferring app. I then was told it needed MORE scrutiny, and then was sent an email saying my account had been permanently closed. No reason, no rational... don't use, keep your private info to yourself!! | |

I reached out for assistance only to receive little response & no explanation. The 3rd time I won & attempted to withdraw my winnings the money would process then immediately cancel out my transaction. 5 attempts later I gave up. Lost my money. I'm asking for reimbursement. My tickets are conveniently closed, no explanation. No accountability whatsoever! | |

And, for the third time, it happens the same: The cards stop working in any transactions; the help desk says it's everythjing ok with my account, nothing is blocked, I just have to wait more 24 hours for any additional reset and for this third time, I'm waiting for the reset for more than a month!!!!! Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info. | |

For whatever reason, the system recognized it as credit and for credit, there are higher fees associated with it and ridiculously low limits set. Couldn't fund. Couldn't transfer.
