| 2024-01-17 |  | | Have upgraded to the pro version, but it seems the TEL line is not accurate, I am travelling from (outram to woodlands) it suggest me to travel by outram to jurong east and change to north south line which stated is 39mins. But the actual travel time thru (TEL outram to woodlands) is 35mins and without transfer. |

| 2022-12-15 |  | | downgraded the rating, as app is still not updated with operational new lines. hence, no longer efficient planning tool to get around. use this apps for years. now it has become a necessity when i step out of house. it shows the connectivity of diff lines & time taken frm one place to another. very useful & practical app. best mrt app i hv used before. |

Example: Toa Payoh/Raffles Place/ Boon Lay MRT has lesser transfer than what the apps suggested (3 transfers, ie. Toa Payoh/Newton/Botanic Garden/Buona Vista/Boon Lay). Considering the time to walk inside the station and waiting for train for each transfer, the latter route actually takes longer time to travel to destination. The apps has room for improvement. |
