| 2024-12-02 |  | | I've had this for a couple of years now, and it works as described. I have a 100 ft scope, but I recommend a 20 ft length or less only. This scope does not allow you to articulate corners that well. Yesterday, I had to place my phone in Airplane mode to sync both devices as one review mentioned. |

The bad grammar in the manual tells you all you need to know about the quality of this product. They don't care and they're counting you to not return it because you don't care. |

The app connected to my Google Pixel 3a XL immediately without needing to go into Airplane mode (sometimes necessary for some apps). It also mostly worked immediately and is designed intuitively so it was very easy to use immediately. The video playback did not work on my phone and version of Android (version 12). When I tried to play back videos, the app immediately closed. That is the only flaw I see with the app. |
| 2024-01-10 |  | | Photos and videos are saved where the phone camera saves them with no special setup like some endoscope cameras. NIDAGE is easy to connect to and no app issues at all. Not like issues with USB endoscope. Had to go to network settings every time I turned the camera on and off but password was saved with no issue and the app had a link straight to the network settings appear when I disconnected turning the endoscope off. I'm on Android 14 |

It's unclear how it actually opens because the user has to try random operations. It will finally open but then keeps an instruction over the cam view and whichever choice you make results in the cam view disappearing. This app was clearly designed to torture its users. Stay away. |

When I enter the SSID and PW in the apps settings, it won't save in the settings. This app is complete garbage and I'm never buying another Nidage product again! |

No picture, no image, no way to turn on! 5+ stars on the frustrating scale! Will I get to use my new borescope? Who knows?who cares? I know some that dont care, the developers for this app! Well I deleted the app and reloaded it. Guess what? Pop! Image from my borescope. Think they could label it in big bright letters, delete and re-enter? |
| 2023-07-04 |  | | Worked once to check a hole in my wall. Went to use it again, doesnt work anymore. Phone connects to the device fine via wifi, but app keeps saying "connect to device." Sorry, app, but it already is. I dont even think i can return the item now. I will see if i can dispute the charge with my cc company. |

Without removing anything other than one vacuum hose and 2 O2 sensors, i verified the turbo was free spinning without resistance and that the catalytic converter was in good repair, (i.e. All channels open and clear of any previous damage by way of possible previous and unreported catastrophic turbo failure. Saved close to 2k in labor cost from dealet or auth. auto shop. |
| 2023-04-03 |  | | This app's offered for borescopes advertised as 1080p. App shows 1200p, 1080p, 720p, and 480p options. It was only recording 480p but there is a flaw/trick to get 720p, no higher. When u open app, even if previously set to 720p, go into settings, with it still set to 720p, tap Modify Resolution. If u do that it'll record in 720p, H264, 1300Kb for the duration u have app open, but once u close app, have to Modify Resolution again next time it's open. Clunky but usable app if u know this. |
