Believe the bad reviews please! In a day of rampant identity theft some customer service stranger wants my license and who knows what else just to withdraw a few hundred. And on top of the customer service rep Akmed M (Management) had a complete attitude and was very short. I closed my bank account in September/October of this year and started using my new debit card from the new bank at that time. I win money and they requested a picture of my old card to approve the withdrawal. I explained that I haven't had that account or card for months. Couldn't I upload the new one that is on my account and was told, "No". They steal from you! Don't play here |
