Eman Nighoaui		 The delivery is amazing! The delivery service is quite good. I have one comment on the app - the app needs an upgrade as the "follow your delivery" option is faulty, and I can't really follow my order. Also, pictures of food and dishes most of the time aren't working, and I can't see the picture, whatever I am ordering.

Ala eddine Errachid		 It's good to see a tunisian app competing in the food delivery market it has some issues 1- the bottoms doesn't work unless you press them many times and the app is kinda lagging 2- unlike other competitors, this app doesn't show where the delivery driver is in the moment and doesn't tell you when or if the food is picked up and on the route 3- the theme of the app should be enhanced it's not that attractive Good luck 🍀

haroon mwellhi		 J’ai commander de smoky buns (un specialiste de burgers) vous m’avez appelé et confirmé la commande, après une demi heure d’attente vous m’avez rappeler pour me dire que smoky buns n’ont plus de pain!!! 😆😆😆 comme quoi smoky buns s’approvisionne de l’epicerie à coté ou de la boulangerie de la 7ouma! Bien, c’etait ma première commande sur Kool, et décidément la dernière !
