It does pay. Removing all stars because this spy app has gone too far; before it tracked app and website usage with their VPN, but now they are requiring the installation of their CA Certificate which has access to all data such as your passwords and credit cards. It annoyingly blocks services like Google Photos Autosync, podcast downloads, app updates, home security cameras, uploads, Roku App BT connected headphones, games, apps, etc. It has started turning itself on without approval.

I have used the app for at least 2 years now. I cashed out quite a bit for PayPal cash. When I cashed out this last time, they flagged it, canceled my order, and locked my account. So, I guess if it works too good, that's what happens so they don't have to pay out anymore. So only good for a little while , then it stops

Used my points to get two gift cards, neither of which worked in the store. Wrote to Mobile Expression for help. Haven't heard back. Just tried to install the app on my new android phone and it's not loading properly so I'm not able to finish setting it up. Turning into one GIANT WASTE OF TIME.

I'm not sure why so many people complain about having issues... I have had this for over 6 months now and I absolutely love it! and I'm usually the biggest skeptic! You don't have to do a thing and believe me, the credits do add up quicker than you may think! I've always received my rewards quickly and get a notification each week to claim my credits. This is the only VPN I will use!!

I have had this app for many years and now they have flagged My Rewards ($20) taking them away and locked my account because I don't meet the requirements. I'm not doing anything differently than I have since I've had this app for many years.. also when the app was not working correctly I took it upon myself to figure out the issues to keep it up and running. no I'm thinking why should I keep the app if I'm not going to get any rewards.

Locked out for a year.. I've tried multiple times to get my account back because I had mobile expression for over 5 years and had zero issues with it, until I cashed out and then I was kicked out of my account and haven't been able to even get the app to reinstall.. I don't understand.. My phone number has changed since, but even before then it asked the number I set up my account with, but it still wouldn't accept me . 😑🥺

I've tried finishing the start/set up process several times but it won't scroll down far enough to let me click "I Agree". Really annoying! Update: The response from customer service helped fix the issue of not being able to scroll down far enough. However this app requires you to create a VPN connection and then for you to give it complete access and control of your device. I don't trust any app enough to allow it to view and control my entire device.

This is probably my most consistent reward app. I'm not sure what has happened in the last month or two, but keeping this active makes my phone lag horribly. It also causes time outs on my connections, either on WiFi or cellular. I'll be disappointed if this isn't fixed, but I don't have a phone just to not be able to use it.

I used to love this app! Had points on it and they would do good by giving gift cards for the points you get! I was with them for a long time. Then I started to have problems with the app! I had saved up 50 points and was just letting the points add up each week. I use the cards for Christmas! I finally got it working again and used my points just in case it happened again but they deleted my order and took my saved points and locked my account! Didn't tell me til I emailed them!

Update: Received an email from support stating that my account was incorrectly flagged by security program. Everything has been restored now. After using this app for well over a year my account was suddenly closed with zero warning or explanation. The support team said there were "discrepancies with my account, registration, participation, and other factors" but didn't elaborate. I had ordered a gift card last month but they cancelled that order.
