| 2024-11-05 |  | | This app is buggy and the filters don't work if you're looking for anything other than OTR either a big carrier. About all it's good for is the application process. Don't count on the messaging portion to work as the carriers are unresponsive. Basically, this app is click bait because the jobs they're going to show you are from the carriers paying them to get into your face. |

They have major security risk factors. They made it even worse then it was before cause it makes you add all kinds of stuff that isn't relevant like 2 lines for the address but it's all on the first line. |

Zero are showing. If a carrier is using Tenstreet, my suggestion is don't apply to the carrier. If they're that dumb to buy into Tenstreet. Then they're not worth working for... And I did the usual, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. It doesn't save the data. Contacted by tech, that didn't work. App's a waste of time. |
| 2024-02-11 |  | | Completely useless. Rarely updated info. People messaged me, then I messaged back, and then silence. The percentages kept bouncing around. One application went from 0 to 10 to 40 then back to 10 percent from the company. There's nothing happening. If recruiters knew how to use this app, then maybe it might be helpful, but as of now, it just sits there taking space on my phone. The companies just directly contacted me. Not a single message via the app they asked me to download. Pointless. |

I reported the issue using the in-app feedback, but was just sent a copy & past set of solutions a ten year old would know no to have done. Finally suggesting I use a laptop. I guess when you can't solve a problem... Just use a laptop? |

Every time I try to upload documents to a company it glitches, I have sent countless messages via the communication portion and when I follow up with a phone call I am told by 100% of the recipients that they never received the communication. I am so frustrated with this app and even tried logging in on my laptop to see if it made a difference, it did NOT. sent email that was returned undeliverable, What is next? |

You can block them from contacting you but why isn't there an option to ever delete an application. they can pull your data forever even years after you left. Blocking contact isn't the same thing. Also when uploading it won't let you go to documents it goes to images. To trick you into giving them access to drive probably. Most medical cards are PDFs. I can take a cruddy photo |
| 2023-07-12 |  | | I some how creates more than one profile, I guess, but each time I had completed 100% and logged into it again with the wrong credentials, it would auto-fil without all the info, but it became a mess. I know it's my problem for forgetting. But I can't upload documents. The screen keeps freezing, and information doesn't always save. It's extremely frustrating. I get the app helps you keep track of where you've applied. But they need to leave a feature for truckers to leave notes for themselves |

If this site came in a paper sack I would crumble it up and throw it out the window. I gave you 1 star just to get the (post) to highlight. but that was an exaggerated effort. | 2023-06-07 |  | | Not very happy with this app. You put your information into the system and it's supposed to allow prospective carriers to look at it. BUT, I have had to fill out my application EVERY time I apply for a carrier instead of the information being auto filled. Several carriers have called me saying they need documents and tasks completed, BUT they are not showing up on the system. Chat does not respond at all. No help on this app. |
