| 2024-12-07 |  | | Seek is poor. Their cloud ads litter the screen, near important buttons. Easy to accidentally hit and subscribe. But the ultimate worst is the seek. Seek is too coarse. Cannot zoom into a time period. The + and - controls on the app don't work. pressing either gets you one 15 second backwards jump on time. That's it. Hit it 5x, nope just 1 jump per session. Needs improvement. 3 stars as it's useable. But frustrating. Keep this version charge me 5 bucks and fix the seek and remove the ads. |

| 2024-11-23 |  | | Any app developer worth their salt would include an option to pay a small fee to remove ads. Apparently, these developers don't care to do so. If they ever decide to use their brains and make that option available, then I will happily change my review to 5 stars. The app is great otherwise, but any app that refuses to include an option to remove ads for a small fee (NOT a subscription) will always get a 1 star rating from me. |
| 2024-11-09 |  | | Paid 350.00 us dollars on the eight camera 3tb setup the cameras work good from the monitor but this app is trash complete garbage as soon as I drive away from the system it loads and loads and won't show live cameras on my phone I've tried everything under the sun amd still won't turn on on my phone through this app. |

I'll never use this app for my security cameras again. Im tempted to return the whole system and find one with better online monitoring |

| 2024-03-19 |  | | Very slow and no true cloud base. If the unit isn't online you can't view anything. I get warnings that captured images or videos and can not open them. Yesterday's warnings might not show up until today. I don't belive this is cloud based and the their internet connection is very, very slow. Do not depend on this app or service for remote monitoring. If it even works all a theif will need to do is take your dvr and you will have nothing to prove who did it. If I could zero stars I would. |

When I'm outside I need to use IP Cam viewer, which works with the virtual servers I've set up for the ports required, in my router. In XMEye Pro settings it shows cloud connected, but it's unable to connect with my video security system when outside of my WiFi LAN. Asked for support if there is any way to make it work? Waste of time, as they did not respond at all. |

After a week of trying, incl. getting my ISP involved as well as two IT specialists, I still cannot access my NVR remotely, i.e. away from my home WiFi network. Remote access was a key feature for me. Don’t expect help from the app developers either. After some initial feedback such as “Check if the NAT status is connected” (it was), they ran out of ideas and simply stopped responding. |

First, the app. Stopped working for over 2 weeks, so there was no internet access during that time. It goes from 4 screens to one screen and then goes thru the 4 screens individually several times a day. It is almost impossible to get technical support. Since it's made in China tech. Support will only contact you from 8pm. To 6am if they call you back at all. Not worth it at all... |
