You are unable to delete your account from a browser because that option doesn't exist. The WhatsApp number is useless. They don't answer your calls. A sad solution, create a filter to delete all emails from them. |

It's very embarrassing. New update... This application getting even worse everyday. They should erase the application and start making a brand new one from scratch. |

Unfortunately, I'm not able to book a flight at the lifemiles website due to continued page errors (since March '23). I called Avianca and they told me that the lifemiles website is working fine on their end and it's a problem with my devices. Ironically, the Avianca website works well on all my devices and my lifemiles points are just getting old without me being able to use or redeem them. |

After logging in to my account I continued having issues using the app. It seems lifemiles needs more technological research and development in order to ensure subscribers can utilize the services offered by lifemiles, and their benefits. |

I tried to set up Google Auth several times. Each time the LieMiles app crashed. The same thing happened when I selected Microsoft Auth. So I selected no 2 factor authentication and pressed Continue. The app crashed every time. This app is absolutely worthless. |

And the performance during this part is horrible, the app freezes or becomes unresponsive and a process that could take 2 minutes ends up taking almost 10 minutes |
