| 2024-12-24 |  | | Worst experience, they change schedules on their own without consulting. This is happening for any times now. I'm looking for an alternative service which is much professional and truly helpful. They have no contact center. Very unprofessional. |

I contacted the customer service more than 5 time over the next 5 days . asking to talk to the manager they said not possible. Every time they said some one will contact me within 1 hours no one has called me . Today is 14th of December, this is really unacceptable. And after 5 times calling the they just offered the money back to my wallet !!!!!! There is no way to file a complaint 😔😔😔 |

He trying to prove me wrong and refused to file a compliment. |

Also, the services are designed in a way that breaks down the normal service in other vendors into multiple mini services, resulting in paying higher for less value. Finally, having tried them before, their professionals are not different from others and sometimes even less. |

Trying to delete my card details but the app does not allow it. Tapping the card to edit and it just shows "payment details updated." Trying to reach their Customer service which is non existent. I need to delete all the information before I delete the account to make sure you don't contact me ever. No DMs because you don't respond! |
