I had to pay full price at the concessions because the app keeps freezing and prevents me from logging in to use my discount as a member on my wallet. I tried reaching out to you guys, ticketmaster, and my sales rep, to my surprise, no response. Close to a week later with the next game 2 days away. The app is still not working and doesn't let me log in. This is unacceptable. Fix asap |
