| 2024-10-28 |  |  | - fails to save workouts - requires a two phase "complete workout" and "save workout" - equipment doesn't match fitness studio - no mention of Matrix equipment found in Burgernziel - no comment/text field on workout elements, that is zero customizability - no export capability - not even all the features of the previous paper record, like exercise details - it's kind of like a minimal effort for such a large franchise (Migros) |

Es hat schon mehrfach Workouts, entweder gar nicht oder fehlerhaft gespeichert (nur ein paar Übungen statt alle). Ich habe die App auch schon de- und reinstalliert. Heute z.B. schien es so, als wurde das Workout korrekt gespeichert, jetzt, Stunden später ist es 1. komplett weg und 2. wurden die Änderungen in den Übungen (z.B. Gewichtsanpassung und Anz. Wiederholungen) gar nicht übernommen. |

| 2024-07-11 |  | | Ok zum tracken der Workouts, aber dass man mehrfach Save klicken muss bis es endlich gespeichert wird hat mich schon mehrfach voll eingetragene Workouts verlieren lassen. Wäre auch gut wenn man die nicht gemachten Dinge die geplant waren trotzdem drin hätte, damit man nächstes mal wieder wiederholen kann und nicht jedesmal von vorne beginnen muss. |

| 2024-03-29 |  | | Works Ok once your account is correctly mapped to your membership (someone at the studio can fix this for you). Since this seems to be a common issue for anyone who did not sign up for a membership online it would be nice for the app to indicate that in some way. Instead the "book now" button is just not visible and some courses say non free class. You could write under profile "No membership associated or expired membership". What I would also like to see is integration with google fit. |

| 2023-11-05 |  | | Not a helpful app. But my feedback includes their overall operating model, throughout my one year experience in their different locations (Zug, Kussnacht, Rotkreuz, Luzern). Impossible to rate the classes, the gym equipment or the instructor. There's no sense of customer service, or at least for international non-german speaking ones. I have a one year subscription and can't wait to stop it and would never recommend this gym. What a waste! |
