| 2024-09-14 |  | | A very good dosing calculator. I've had other apps where the conversions and dosing were INCORRECT, so in the matter of patient safety, I've ALWAYS done a manual conversion. I've yet to find any dosing calculation mistakes. If it was a true emergency and I need to do a calculation, I wouldn't hesitate to use this calculator on the fly. This is the ONLY dosing calculator that I've rendered 5 stars! |
