    THIS IS DAY 2 GOING ON DAY 3!! HERE WE GO WITH SOMETHING DIFFERENT SO HOW DO WE SUPPOSE DO ANYTHING IF YOUR NETWORK NOT WORKING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ITS ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH SLOMINS SERVICES AND NOBODY HIRE UP TO TALK WITH 😑 BUT WILL GET TO SOMEBODY πŸ‘€

    I've had this system for less than a year and am constantly having problems. A tech came out last week, to change password etc because I got a new modem...STILL CAN'T GET THE SYSTEM TO WORK CORRECTLY. "NETWORK ERROR," what does that mean and how can I fix it??? Your guess is as good as mine. SO ANNOYED!! 😑

    I have a Slomin's Shield security system which I've had for several years. Overall I'm satisfied with it. Only a couple of times I may have had a small problem. Otherwise I would recommend them to almost everyone 11/17/24 So far, I have been happy with Slomin's. This week, I have been having problems with my Front porch camera. It is not recording the porch actions every time. I went in & out my house several times Friday, Saturday & Sunday& my Son came in & out. NO RECORDINGS, Why???

    Do not receive notifications consistently, and it's hard to reset the password because the verification is never received.

    Not consistently getting notifications of motion or doorbell presses. I can see that the app has recorded all of the events when I go into it but I get notified in real time maybe 1 out of every 50 times. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, played with all the settings and permissions. Seems like basic functionality of a video app that they somehow don't have right

    Stay away. Not technologically up to par. Needs lots of work. Complicated instructions for access by multiple users. Have to re-add all the cameras on additional device and scan qr codes for cameras. Repeatedly logs you out of the app. And then when attempting to log back in, get an "unknown error" message. Just had my full system installed yesterday and already feeling regrets.

    Prior to me getting a new phone, I had no problems accessing my rear camera . Now I can't access the camera, and it's so frustrating. I called Slomins, and the rep wasn't no help at all. He kept saying it was my internet and I told him it wasn't because my husband is still able to access the camera. I told him I wanted to purchase a front camera but won't since I'm having issues. The fact that others are complaining about this and nothing has been done is crazy.

    At first it worked well. Then it started glitching and not sending notifications. CS told me 'to fix it, simply uninstall and reinstall.' Now it won't even log in and all I get is "Network error". This program needs a serious update.

    Terrible app for Android phone. Worked for 1 day after cameras installed. Now all I get is "network error". Customer Service was no help. App works fine on iphone, iPad, and Samsung tablets. Slomins needs to work on this app and resolve this issue raised by other users. Without a fix this service and app are useless.
